- Zambia 🇿🇲 as Platform HQ — core strategy, ops, and fund design.
- 30+ African countries as Field Nodes — sourcing and supporting startups across regions.
Team Structure
- Managing Partners / Regional Directors – Lead regionally, co-shape investment and network design.
- Country Leads – Coordinate due diligence and ecosystem relations in each country.
- Investment Associates / Analysts – Support pipeline, research, and deal sourcing.
- Venture Scouts – Source deals, build founder relationships, refer startups.
- Advisors – Provide high-level input, strategic guidance, and investor/partner connections.
How It Works

- Shortlisted Candidates may be invited to a Zoom call.
- Onboarding to Slack/Notion and regional coordination begins.
