📜 LiquiBoost – Terms & Conditions (Summary)

By using LiquiBoost and its Cash/Float Advances, or submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Advance Use & Repayment: You will use the funds strictly for mobile money operations and agree to repay the full amount (including a 15% [on Float], or 20% [on Cash] service fee) within 31 days of disbursement.
2. Verification: All submitted documents may be verified. You consent to
   LiquiBoost contacting you via phone or WhatsApp for follow-up and confirmation.
3. Default Consequences: Failure to repay on time may result in ineligibility for future support and may be reported to relevant networks or credit systems.
4. Privacy & Data: Your personal and financial information will be used only for evaluation and service delivery purposes. It will not be shared without your consent.
5. Eligibility Not Guaranteed: Submission does not guarantee funding. Approval is based on internal credit scoring, verification, and available funds.
